Notably, there is a 40% surge in import container arrivals, primarily allocated to DP World.
Given the current circumstances, we foresee significant challenges in managing these increased volumes.
It is imperative to highlight that planning for this week will be exceptionally demanding.
As of now, DP World has not corresponded the vessels they can accommodate which leads to uncertainty about potential omissions of carriers at Port of Brisbane.
At present, we are unable to ascertain how the terminals will cope with these heightened volumes.
