Kenter International Logistics wishes to inform our valued clients of significant operational changes at the Melbourne International Roll-on Roll-off Automotive Terminal (MIRRAT), now operating as Australian Amalgamated Terminals Webb Dock West (AAT WDW) following its sale effective May 1, 2025.
AAT WDW is transitioning to a new Terminal Operating System (TOS) called Master Terminal, which is already successfully implemented at other AAT sites like Fisherman Islands and Port Kembla. This system is designed to enhance efficiency across the supply chain, streamline workflows, and improve terminal planning and operations.
Key Changes Effective Thursday, June 12, 2025 (Subject to Final Testing):

New Terminal Operating System: Master Terminal will go live.

VBS Decommissioned: The current Vehicle Booking System (VBS) will be decommissioned. Transport operators will no longer be required to make bookings for cargo delivery or collection at AAT Webb Dock West.
AAT will provide training and comprehensive documentation on Master Terminal for all relevant users. Support personnel will also be on-site during operational hours (Mon-Fri, 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM) to assist during the transition.
