Throughout his career, Rick has worked closely with carriers, depots and operational teams to manage container flows, optimise equipment utilisation and ensure efficient movement across the supply chain. His expertise in monitoring overdue units, coordinating repositioning and maintaining visibility across cargo movements allows him to identify issues early and support smoother, more reliable outcomes.
Rick also brings significant experience in detention management and operational workflows, helping to minimise delays and reduce cost exposure. His ability to improve processes and streamline coordination will play an important role in enhancing efficiency across Kenter’s operations.
Having led national capacity and operations teams, Rick understands the pressures of managing high-volume shipping environments. His experience in forecasting, planning and managing complex logistics operations enables him to deliver practical, solutions-focused support where it matters most.
