Urgent Notice – Port of Brisbane Disruptions Due to Cyclone Alfred

Share

Please be advised that due to the impact of Cyclone Alfred, there have been significant delays in shipping schedules. The Port of Brisbane has temporarily ceased accepting export containers until further notice, and currently, no vessels are able to berth at the port.

We are working closely with the terminals and will keep you updated as we receive further information. At this stage, we do not anticipate any updates or changes until at least Wednesday, 05/03, when you can expect the next status update from us.

In the meantime, we strongly advise you to stay in contact with your shipping line(s) for the latest updates. You may also want to request an extension of free time for both export shipments and imports, where applicable, to mitigate any additional charges.

We understand that this situation may put pressure on your customers and supply chain. Please rest assured that we are here to navigate these challenges together. If you have any questions or require assistance, please don’t hesitate to contact the customer service team at Kenter.
